What to include in your enquiry
The more we know up front, the more accurate the first quote is. Useful details include the number of units or buildings, roughly how much lawn and garden bed is in the common area, whether there are hedges and how long they run, the size of any car park or paved area, and how often you want us on site.
It also helps to know what is going wrong now. Committees usually switch contractors for one of a few reasons: visits being missed or turning up unannounced, work not being documented, edges and garden beds being skipped while the mowing gets done, or invoices arriving per job with no way to reconcile them across a portfolio. Tell us which of those you are dealing with and we will address it directly in the quote.
Site visits
For anything beyond a single small complex we prefer to walk the site before quoting. It takes about twenty minutes, you do not need to be there, and it means the monthly figure we give you is one we can hold to rather than revise after the first visit.
