The service

Tree trimming on strata property is the safe pruning and shaping of trees and shrubs growing on body corporate land. Most of it is clearance work: keeping growth off buildings, away from paths and out of the sight lines that make a complex feel safe to walk through at night.

Green & Clean handles the routine pruning and small-tree work that comes up on a maintenance roster. Anything requiring a climbing arborist, elevated work platform or the removal of a significant tree gets referred rather than attempted, and we will say so at quote stage.

The scope every scheduled visit runs to, so nothing is missing when the invoice lands.

Clearance work prevents the expensive problems

Branches resting on a roof lift tiles and wear through colorbond. Growth against a wall holds moisture where it should not be. Limbs over a driveway meet a removalist truck eventually. Routine clearance pruning is cheap compared with any of those outcomes, and it is the work most often deferred because nothing appears to be wrong yet.

02

Know when to call an arborist instead

Significant trees in South Australia can carry regulated or significant tree protections, and councils apply their own controls. Work that needs a permit, a climbing arborist or an EWP is outside what a maintenance contractor should be quoting. We flag it, tell you what we think you actually need, and stay in our lane.

FAQs

Tree Trimming & Pruning questions

Call Landon · 0426 605 655

Do you remove whole trees?

+

Not as a rule. We handle routine pruning, deadwood and clearance work on accessible trees. Full removal, regulated trees and anything needing climbing or an elevated work platform is referred to a qualified arborist. That referral is free and we will tell you plainly which category your job falls into.

Who is responsible for trees on strata common property?

+

Trees growing on common property are generally the body corporate to maintain, while trees inside an exclusive-use area are usually the lot owner. Boundary trees and overhanging branches from neighbouring land are their own conversation. We can scope the common-property work regardless and let the committee resolve the rest.

What happens to the branches and prunings?

+

All prunings leave with us. Nothing is stacked behind the bin store to be dealt with later and nothing goes into the complex green bins.
